The purpose of SFA is to teach and practice fencing, free runing and stunts in order to create Star Wars fights simulating Force powers and lightsaber dueling. It was first founded in 2014 as the Swiss Force Academy but was later rebranded Saber Force Academy in 2015 when the school started spreading internationally beginning with France.
The original logo was directly formed from half the Rebels symbol and half the Imperial logo joined with two Skywalker inspired lightsabers crossed in front. The Switzerland's flag cross was added to identify the origin of the school.
For the international new logo, the swiss cross was simply deleted, the back symbol was a little bit rounded here and stretched there and the sabers were differentiated with the original one inspired by the Skywalker hilt and another one directly inspired by Obi-wan Kenobi's last lightsaber.
